Returns & Refunds

Every item in our store is made to order just for you — each shirt is printed when you order it, which means we handle returns a little differently than a big-box store.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at spencerlambmusic@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You won't need to ship anything back.

Sizing and fit: Because each item is printed on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or fit. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering (our shirts run relaxed/boxy). If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before you buy and we'll help you choose.

Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all music downloads are final sale and non-refundable. If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your files, contact us and we'll get you taken care of right away.

CDs and vinyl: If physical media arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period: If your order ships to the EU, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification, where required by law. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us at spencerlambmusic@gmail.com to arrange this.

Refunds: Once a refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a few extra days to post it. If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email us at spencerlambmusic@gmail.com.
