Shipping Policy

Made just for you. Every shirt and piece of merch in our store is printed on demand when you order it. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships — most orders are on their way within 3. Nothing sits in a warehouse; every item is made for the fan who ordered it.

United States — FREE shipping. Every order, every size, no minimum. After production, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, so most US orders arrive within 5–9 business days of purchase.

Canada — FREE shipping. After production, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for most of Canada (up to 12 business days to the Atlantic provinces).

Everywhere else — $9.95 flat rate. We ship worldwide for a flat $9.95 per order, except to countries our fulfillment partner (Printful) cannot currently ship to — if that applies to your address, checkout will let you know. International delivery typically takes 5–20 business days after production, depending on destination. Many international orders are printed at the facility nearest you — fans in Europe, for example, usually receive orders printed within the EU.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders). Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital downloads. Music downloads are delivered instantly — you'll receive a download link by email as soon as your order is complete. No shipping, no waiting. If your link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll sort it out right away.

Tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carriers, customs, and weather occasionally slow things down. If your order seems lost or significantly delayed, email us at spencerlambmusic@gmail.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.
